I'm Erin Ramirez, founder of Real Change Studio. Before I was a coach, I was a senior leader in both national and global organizations. I know firsthand what it feels like to carry a team through uncertainty, navigate hard decisions, and perform under real pressure.

I bring that experience, along with 15 years of leadership development work, a Master's in Organizational Psychology, and specialized certifications in change leadership, coaching, and adaptability intelligence, to every leader and organization I work with.
​
My approach is practical, not theoretical. I give people tools they can use immediately, and I stay until real change happens.

I’ve been in the trenches of transformation as the former Head of Enterprise Change Readiness for a global Fortune 500 tech and engineering company. “I’ve supported leaders in corporate, nonprofit, government, and education sectors across Chicagoland and the country as they navigated major change and high-pressure transformation.
